Hello, we are Ray and Carla Haar. We are a husband-and-wife team, who are U.S. Army veterans living in North Carolina. We have two precious little boys, Raymond and Michael, a dog named Kion, and a cat named Aurora.
Our Disney obsession began at young ages as we are both late ‘80’s babies, and grew up on classic Disney movies such as The Lion King, The Little Mermaid, Mulan, Toy Story, etc. We are an extremely tight knit family and have realized that vacations create memories like no other. We have been to Walt Disney World and Disneyland more times than we can count as well as several Disney Cruises, which just so happens to be our family’s favorite vacation. We love a good theme, dress to the nines, and love to see others’ creativity, especially on themed sailings such as Halloween on the High Seas and Very Merrytime sailings.
Disney Cruises are their own special community, and we try to participate in fish extenders, pixie dusting, and meet and greets on each sailing. Our children love spending time with Mickey Mouse, Jack Sparrow, The Incredibles, Stitch, Marvel characters and many others while onboard.
As much as we love Disney, our next biggest love is food. We’re huge foodies! Food and Wine at Epcot is always a must for us; we have never been steered wrong with their innovative menus. There is always something for every member in our family.
Our love for Disney goes way beyond the parks, movies, and cruises. We love to stay up to date on all Disney news from around the world. We love securing those hard-to-get dining reservations, Lightning Lanes, shore excursions, and answering all travel related questions.
