Greetings! My name is Joanne. I have loved Disney since I was a little girl. I remember my first trip to Disney in my teen years, and ever since then Disney was not just a destination…it was a way of life.

When our son, Dom was 10, we took our first family vacation to Walt Disney World since that time, it has become our family tradition that we go to Walt Disney World at least once a year. During that first trip 8 years ago, my husband, Lane, was bitten by the Disney bug, as his love for Disney grows stronger with each trip we take. Our son, Dom, who is now 18, still looks forward to helping me pick new places to stay and restaurants to try. I believe that to be the best travel agent I can be for my clients, I should have a firsthand experience that I can share and offer them.

I also have visited Universal Studios Orlando with my family many times. I am a certified Universal Specialist. I make sure to stay up to date with all things Universal.
