My name is Emma Tackett, and I live in Kingwood, Texas. I was born and raised in a small town called New Albany, Mississippi. I went to college at The University of Mississippi and received my masters in Elementary Education. I met my husband in college, and after we graduated, we decided we would move to his hometown in Texas. I am privileged to do the two things I love most: plan Disney vacations and teach!
My passion for Disney started when I was young. My parents took me to every Disney movie that came out in theaters while I was growing up, and made sure to show me the classics. We were the family whose Christmas tradition was to watch Tarzan! I loved all things Disney related, but did not go to a Disney park until I became an adult.
When I met my husband, he had been to Disney many times for cheer competitions. His family decided they wanted to take a Disney vacation to Walt Disney World, and I was invited. That is how I became the Disney fanatic I am today. That first trip was several years ago, but since then we have been to Walt Disney World more times than we can count! We go at least every couple of months. I went from loving Disney from afar, to being there seven times a year! I had no idea Disney could be affordable and fun for adults. Now I can tell you every restaurant that would suit your needs, every ride that would suit your party, and which resort would best fit your trip! I can help answer every question you may have, from Fast Passes to dining plans, special events to pin trading, I can do it all because I have done it all. I can even help you venture to any Disney destination in the world, land or sea that your heart desires!
