Hi, my name is Dylan, and I am the Director of Social Media and Marketing at Mickey World Travel.  Ever since I was a child, I have had a love for all things Disney.  Whether it’s going to the parks, listening to Disney music, or watching Disney movies and TV shows, there is never a day that goes by without me doing something Disney related.  My first trip to Walt Disney World was at the age of 3, and my family has traveled back there every year since – sometimes multiple times a year.  Aside from Walt Disney World, I have also traveled to Disneyland in California, and have been on several Disney Cruises.

There is just something about the magic of Disney that keeps bringing me back.  The parks have such a special feel to them.  I always try and make the most out of my time at a Disney park, so I arrive when the park opens and stay until it closes.  I have gotten to attend Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, firework dessert parties, After Hours at Magic Kingdom, and many more.  When I was younger, I got to have a lightsaber duel with Darth Vader, and a sword fight against Captain Jack Sparrow.  These are some of my favorite memories that I will always remember.  No matter what age you are, there is so much to do at any Disney Destination.

I have always admired Walt Disney.  I’ve done several school projects about him, and even had the chance to tour his apartment at Disneyland.  I enjoy watching documentaries about Walt and reading more about his life, imagination, and courage to pursue his dreams.

My favorite part about visiting a Disney Park is that they are always changing.  Every time I go back, there is something new to do.  Walt Disney once said, “Disneyland will never be completed. It will continue to grow as long as there is imagination left in the world.”  I am excited for the future of the Disney Parks, and cannot wait to see what else is in store.
