Hello! My name is Ellie. I currently reside just south of Atlanta, Georgia. Living just six hours away from Walt Disney World, my family and I visited Orlando a lot growing up. At a very young age, I was a Disney fan through and through. That love never faded; it stayed with me throughout school and into adulthood. In my last semester of culinary school, I decided to take a chance and apply to the Disney College Program. I was a Quick-Service Food and Beverage Cast Member in Frontierland in the Magic Kingdom, and I worked in some of the marketplaces in the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival. My favorite guest interactions was seeing someone get their first Dole Whip or Mickey Pretzel.
I have stayed at different resorts at every level – from Pop Century to Coronado Springs to the BoardWalk Inn. I also had the pleasure of going on a Disney Cruise and visiting Disneyland during its 60th celebration. When planning my own trips in the past, I have always been the one to make an itinerary and double, and sometimes even triple, check it for perfection.
